I decree and declare with the authority of the Word of God and the unshakable covenant sealed by the blood of Jesus Christ:
The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in me—not beside me, not near me, but in me. I am not weak. I am not abandoned. I am not searching for power. I carry power. I host power. I release power.
"But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you."

I declare that I am a mobile tabernacle, a walking upper room, a living testimony that God’s power was never meant to stay behind a veil.
I have been endued with dunamis power—miracle-working, death-defying, bondage-breaking power—not someday, but today, because the Holy Ghost is not a feeling, He is a force. And He lives in me.
"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me."

I release this truth:
I am not chasing miracles—I am a carrier of miracles. I do not beg for breakthroughs—I declare them. I don’t fear the darkness—I confront it with light. I don’t run from demons—I cast them out by the Spirit of God.

The Holy Spirit is not silent in me. He speaks, leads, warns, convicts, empowers, teaches, and flows. I have the mind of Christ because the Spirit of God searches all things—even the deep things—and reveals them to me.

I decree that I am no longer a slave to fear, because the Spirit inside me cries out, "Abba, Father!" I am a son, not a servant. I walk in boldness, not timidity. I move by the Spirit, not the flesh.

I declare my body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, and I honor Him by walking in righteousness, joy, and peace. I don’t need a pulpit to preach or a title to minister—because the Spirit is in me, I am always in position.

I prophesy over myself right now:
I will lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
I will speak in new tongues.
I will trample on serpents and scorpions.
I will cast out devils—not in my name, but in His.
Signs and wonders follow me because I believe.
"And these signs shall follow them that believe... In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues... they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."

I declare that I am never alone. Even when I feel pressed, perplexed, or persecuted, I am not crushed. I am not in despair. I am not forsaken or destroyed—because the Spirit of glory rests on me.

I call forth every dormant gift and every silenced voice inside me—WAKE UP! Arise in the power of the Spirit! I don’t need another impartation—I need activation. The Holy Ghost in me is enough.
I align my mind, my mouth, and my mission with the voice of the Spirit.
I yield to His leading.
I respond to His conviction.
I flow with His promptings.
I partner with His power.
"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God."

I speak with fire: I will not grieve the Holy Spirit. I will not ignore His whisper. I will not water down truth to make people comfortable. I am anointed, appointed, and filled with the same Spirit that hovered over the deep, that descended on Jesus like a dove, and that fell like fire on Pentecost.

I decree: I am filled.
I am stirred.
I am bold.
I am yielded.
I am unstoppable—because I am Spirit-led.
This day, I speak to the atmosphere, I call heaven into my situation, and I command darkness to bow. Because greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.
"Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world."

Let the heavens record it:
The Spirit of God is in me.
The power of God flows through me.
The kingdom of God is advancing because I said yes.
